Distribution of Skistodiaptomus oregonensis in British Columbia in British Columbia

Introduction


Skistodiaptomus oregonensis is found from the east to west coasts of Canada and the USA, north to the Northwest Territories and south in the Rocky Mountains to Colorado. It is also found in Mexico (Reid & Williamson, 2010). It has been collected across British Columbia, with most collections in the southwest (Sandercock & Scudder, 1994).

This species is found in lakes, occasionally ponds (Wilson, 1959).
